I’m Cailin, a social worker and CPS investigator based in Kent, Washington. My work brings together child welfare, healthcare security, and a longstanding interest in how we support people and communities.
At Washington’s Department of Children, Youth, and Families, I work with children, families, and professionals across disciplines. I also pick up security shifts at Overlake Medical Center, where I previously led the night shift team.
Across these roles, I’ve worked with people from many backgrounds and learned the value of clear communication, thoughtful collaboration, and showing up when it matters.
